Some of our customers include major Division 1 collegiate athletics programs, NFL teams, and hospitals and clinics. As the VP of Operations, you will play an important role in shaping the future of this brand and ensuring our customers are well supported in using our products.

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-starting individual to join our growing startup team. In this critical role, you will oversee and streamline daily operations, ensuring our production and logistics run smoothly while maintaining high-quality standards. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to play a pivotal role in shaping the operational backbone of a dynamic and fast-paced startup environment. This role requires you to be highly organized with an ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities. You must simultaneously handle multiple projects with accuracy and attention to detail. We look for team members with a serious work ethic. Responsibilities:

·      Operational Management: Overseeing the daily operations of the company, including production, equipment configuration, inventory management, order fulfillment and service delivery

·      Strategic Planning: Collaborating with the CEO and other executives to develop and implement company strategies and goals

·      Financial Oversight: Working with finance executives to create budgets, monitor financial performance, and prepare financial reports

·      Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing improvements in operational processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness

·      Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention by overseeing customer service and support functions

·      Compliance and Safety: Ensuring the company adheres to occupational health and safety standards and other regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

·      Bachelor’s degree in operations management, engineering, business administration, or a related field preferred.

·      Proven ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced startup environment.

·      Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.

·      Experience with 3D printing technology is a plus, but willingness to learn and adapt is essential.

·      Proficiency with inventory management systems and logistics.

·      Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
