Key Responsibilities
- Deliver IT support for LAN/WAN networks, telephony, PCs, laptops, and printers.
- Manage global information security, including backups, virus protection, and audits.
- Resolve help desk incidents and collaborate with global IT teams.
- Support end users and senior management in office and remote settings.
- Lead IT projects involving network installations, AV equipment, and corporate real estate activities.
- Oversee IT asset inventory, disaster recovery efforts, and computer room management.
- Participate in IT planning and business continuity programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or certification in IT or related fields.
- 3–5 years of experience in LAN/WAN and technical support.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows 11, Dell hardware, Cisco networks, DNS/DHCP, WAN/LAN technologies, and structured cabling.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and project management skills.
