A consumer products company in New Jersey is currently seeking a new Senior Business Analyst to join their growing team.

***This is a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional (W-2 only) to occasionally work onsite at their Parsippany facility.

Responsibilities:

• Working with constituents across the organization to understand current processes, systems and opportunities and capture requirements for new processes, systems, user interfaces and user experiences through various methods
• Collaborating with vendor partners and internal team members to communicate needs and requirements and determine appropriate solutions
• Documenting current and future state in various forms, including functional requirements, user stories, wireframes, interface designs, workflows, swim-lane diagrams, presentations, etc. for appropriate audiences including C-Level, business stakeholders and technical teams
• Collaborating with IT Development (onshore/offshore) and QA to ensure appropriate and adequate system testing is performed.
• Facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Providing guidance, reviewing work, and providing feedback to other team members
• Performing other duties, as assigned

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Systems Analysis & Design with a proven record of successful medium to large scale project implementations
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, and/or Business (with IT focus)
• Strong experience and demonstrated ability to document Web-based system
• Experience with visually modeling requirements
• Experience in SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodology
• Experience with documenting requirements for integrations between enterprise systems
• Strong experience in Business Process design and workflow Analysis
• Strong knowledge and execution of IT standards, policies, & procedures
• Knowledge of Information Security practices
• Knowledge of Project Management methodologies & tools
• Experience in working with multiple data sources and ERPs
• Solid understanding of best practices with Digital User Interface designs and User Experience

Desired Skills:

• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar certification
• Previous experience working in an enterprise Business-to-Business durable goods, construction, or building / manufacturing materials
• Experience in the Manufacturing Industry
• Experience in building Marketing, Sales, and Ecommerce sites
• Experience in Jira
• Google Suite and Lucid Charts knowledge
• Knowledge of Sitecore
• Knowledge of Salesforce
