Role: Lead Enterprise Data Manager
Location: Irving, TX (Hybrid)
Duration: 12-month contract

As a Lead Enterprise Data Manager , you’ll drive compliance with regulations and policies, manage end-to-end data processes, and foster a data-informed culture across various business units and functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership : Oversee and mentor a high-performing team, managing staffing needs, performance, and career development.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with senior leaders to design and implement tools and strategies that enable efficient data management and governance.
- Data Lifecycle Oversight : Map and monitor data flows across systems and processes, partnering with stakeholders to maintain the integrity of critical data elements.
- Governance & Compliance : Implement data standards, resolve quality issues, and ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational policies.
- Strategic Coordination : Lead cross-functional projects that align business processes with data strategies, ensuring seamless integration and execution.
- Metrics & Reporting : Develop and monitor performance indicators for data quality and controls, presenting insights to drive informed decision-making.
- Issue Resolution : Address and remediate data concerns, facilitating fixes for defects and monitoring progress to ensure alignment with goals.
- Process Optimization : Collaborate with technical and operational teams to enhance processes, improve workflows, and implement cutting-edge data management technologies.
What You Bring
- Expertise : Over 10 years of experience in data governance, financial services, or technology, with deep knowledge of data management frameworks, including lineage, metadata, and quality control.
- Problem-Solving Skills : Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve complex data issues, leveraging critical thinking and innovative approaches.
- Collaboration : Strong relationship-building skills to align diverse stakeholders and foster a shared commitment to data excellence.
- Technical Knowledge : Familiarity with structured and unstructured databases, data modeling, and governance tools, along with rapid development methodologies.
- Leadership : Proven track record in managing teams, guiding initiatives, and mentoring team members to achieve organizational goals.
- Regulatory Acumen : Thorough understanding of industry regulations, data-related policies, and compliance requirements.
- Communication : Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex data concepts for varied audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience leading large-scale data initiatives and aligning business strategies with technical solutions.
