Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced QA Lead with expertise in UKG Workforce Management (WFM) Pro to oversee and lead functional testing across various modules, including Reporting, Scheduling,Employee Self-Service (ESS), Timekeeping, Attendance, Mobile and Personas. The ideal candidate will have more than 5-7+ years of experience in quality assurance, with a strong background in Test Assure and a deep understanding of UKG configuration. This role requires leadership skills to guide QA teams and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet our clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Quality Assurance Leadership
o Lead QA efforts for UKG Pro WFM projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
o Collaborate with QAs to define testing strategies.
o Mentor and guide QA team members to promote best practices.
2. Test Planning and Execution
o Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements.
o Execute manual and automated tests using Test Assure and other relevant tools.
o Monitor and document test results, ensuring traceability and compliance.
3. UKG Configuration and Validation
o Validate UKG Pro WFM configurations to ensure they align with client specifications.
o Perform end-to-end testing of UKG integrations, workflows, and data flows.
4. Defect Management
o Identify, document, and prioritize defects using appropriate tools.
o Work closely with developers and product teams to resolve issues promptly.
5. Continuous Improvement
o Stay updated on industry best practices, QA methodologies, and UKG Pro WFM updates.
o Propose and implement process improvements to enhance QA effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Experience: More than 5-7+ years in quality assurance, with a focus on UKG Pro WFM or similar workforce management systems.
• Tools Expertise: Hands-on experience with Test Assure and other testing tools.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of UKG configuration, workflows, and customizations.
• Problem-Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex testing issues.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Certifications: Preferred certifications in QA or UKG Pro WFM tools.
