Position Overview: Manager, Software Engineering

Responsible for leading a ServiceNow platform team to deliver technology solutions, managing complex projects, ensuring compliance with technical standards, and transforming business requirements into technical specifications.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of multi-system projects and ensure adherence to technical standards.

• Develop and implement strategies for system objectives with product owners.

• Guide teams in resolving technical challenges and maintaining a stable architecture.

• Manage data platforms, reporting, and development processes.

Qualifications

Required:

• 8+ years in solution implementation.

• 6+ years managing IT, Security, or GRC solutions.

• Expertise in system architecture, JavaScript, ServiceNow, and Agile frameworks.

• Knowledge of IT processes and cloud technologies (Jira, Confluence, Workday, Oracle Cloud).

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

Certifications (Preferred)

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer

• ITIL Certification
