We are looking for a Director of Google Partner Sales to join our growing Partner sales team and help us to shape the future of our company. He/She will work closely with the account and delivery leadership team of Grid Dynamics.
Responsibilities:
- Drive business development for leads working collaboratively with GCP sales and partner teams for assigned accounts and territory.
- Manage entire complex sales-cycles, often presenting to senior leadership in corporate and global customers.
- Lead account development strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities, working collaboratively with Internal GTM teams GCP sales and partner teams - all to maximize business results in territory and open up opportunities with customers.
- Build and deepen executive relationships within the GCP regional and practice ecosystem to drive new business opportunities.
- Influence long-term strategic direction with customers and serve as a business partner to them
- Create proposals and Statements of Work in collaboration with the Delivery team
- Drive deal profitability
Qualifications:
- Professional IT Services sales leadership experience, ideally with a product / platform / data engineering company
- A minimum of 7 years Professional Services sales experience
- Experience selling through/with GCP sellers and the partner organization
- Experience working with GCP customers and have existing relationships with key GCP Sellers in the territory
- Experience in solution sales of ‘in the Cloud services, application modernization, Data engineering and AI/ML
- Strong track record in working with and orchestrating partners in complex implementation projects
- Possesses a strong management presence, communication and interpersonal skills
- Possesses outstanding written and oral communication
- Able to collaborate across organization and with external stakeholders
- Able to travel 25%
