Role Title: Desktop Support Specialist
Duration: Full-time
Location: ON site in Shreveport, LA
Key Notes:
- Strong customer service skills required.
- Must have experience with Office 365, Windows Server 2016/2019, Windows 10/11, and PowerShell.
- Knowledge of IT Standards and Network Fundamentals is essential.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure or administering O365/Email systems is a plus.
- Requires time management and multitasking capabilities.

Responsibilities:
- Deploy and image computer assets.
- Manage, configure, and deploy software applications.
- Provide support for Helpdesk team members.
- Manage and update assigned Windows Servers or software applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop operating and application issues.
- Support printer/printing infrastructure.
- Maintain and catalog IT assets.
- Assist Administrators with special IT projects.
- Manage, configure, and troubleshoot endpoint protection systems.
- Perform system moves, adds, and changes for end-users.
- Provide in-person and remote support to customers, ensuring understanding of new technologies.
- Participate in night and weekend work as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of related experience.
- Associate degree in IT or related field (certifications and work experience may substitute).
- Understanding of IT support ticketing systems.
- Working knowledge of IT Standards, Network Fundamentals, and Azure is a plus.
- Experience providing onsite and remote support assistance.
- Strong multitasking and time management capabilities.
