About the role

Job Title : Program Coordinator

Minimum Qualification :

IS Audit

• IT auditing experience within the last five years is required to have knowledge of SOX requirements.
• CISA certification preferred; the role is focused more on SOX controls, which are lightweight. It’s important to clarify that this is not a cybersecurity role, although it falls under the cyber team.
• Similar to TMO and TRC Governance Risk and Compliance team engagement.
• IT-focused: 2-3 years of IT auditing experience and 2-3 years of project management experience with a self-starter mentality.

Nice to have:

• Experience from Big 4 firms.
• Looking for a dissatisfied auditor.
• This role is equivalent to a senior role, leading the compliance program. The ideal candidate will have experience leading projects and be ready to step into a managerial role.
• Significant collaboration with control owners and operators is required.
• Responsibilities include conducting risk assessments and remediation efforts while working with control/process owners.
• The candidate must be able to work cross-functionally and influence others, even without direct management authority.

Desired Qualification :

• Certification preferred (CISA, CPA, CIA)
• 3+ years IT audit experience, through public accounting/auditing and/or industry experience.

Location : Seattle, WA (Onsite)

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $120,000 – $150,000 USD annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is eligible for commissions in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan. Commissions for this position are estimated to be based on individual performance. Additionally, this role is also eligible for a bonus based on the achievement of mutually agreed KRAs.
