Responsibilities

• Lead developer for integrations in and out of the Workday platform, specifically focused on Workday Financials, Workday Accounting Center, and to a lesser extent Adaptive Planning
• Work with larger project teams to build Workday integrations to other company's systems in support of enterprise initiatives
• Use experience with Workday in general, and specifically Financials and Accounting Center, to evaluate solutions to common business problems. Be prepared with practical solutions to complex problems, helping to deploy them efficiently.
• Become the "go to" person for Workday technical expertise on the team, not necessarily always implementing the solutions, but knowing what is possible and working with the appropriate people to help deliver them.
• Experience working with a support team of both on-and-off shore people in a “team first” mentality.

Job Qualifications

• Hands on experience with Workday Studio
• Hands-on experience with Workday Financials strongly preferred
• Hands-on experience with Workday Accounting Center strongly preferred
• Person who welcomes challenges who isn't afraid to offer solutions and enjoys solving complex problems
