Local to Nashville - Open to Relocation

Must Haves:

• Sr developer with a background in either .Net, Java, Python, etc. (Language agnostic)
• Need leadership experience (at least have 2 reports)
• Strong database knowledge with SQL Server (Postgres is a plus)
• Expert level cloud knowledge with either Azure or GCP. This includes SaaS functions.
• Kafka
• Highly distributed systems environment
• Bachelors degree

Plusses :

• Frontend: (Vue, React, or Angular)
• PubSub, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions
• Generative AI experience or LLMs, or ML Ops

Day to Day

This individual will be apart of a group that uses emerging technology to help solve everyday challenges in healthcare. This team is an innovative group that uses a multitude of different tech to help support end users, clinicians, and internal staff. In this role, 30% of your time will researching/ working on innovative conceptual technology/ projects. 70% of your time will be spent as a "consultant" guiding other teams and taking on complex development that helps solve problems. You will be tied to complex orchestration that is beyond the typical development. You will have the opportunity to help create applications that use AI and other technology to reduce insurance denial rates, increase patient satisfaction, and help make nurses more efficient.
