Salesforce CRM Leader - Direct Hire - Onsite - St. Paul, MN

Job Summary:
The Salesforce CRM Leader is responsible for driving the growth and success of the Salesforce team while ensuring exceptional client outcomes. This role combines technical expertise in Salesforce with strategic team leadership and business development acumen. The ideal candidate will guide and inspire the Salesforce team, set the strategic direction for the practice, and embody the organization's core values through a strong commitment to a growth mindset and a passion for fostering people and relationships.

This position is 100% in-office in St. Paul, MN. Target pay is between $160,000-185,000 plus bonus.

Essential Job Duties:
1. Team Leadership and Development
* Cultivate a high-performing Salesforce team by fostering collaboration, providing mentorship, and implementing strategies to enhance productivity, job satisfaction, and individual professional growth.
* Identify and address skills gaps, ensuring the team stays updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and industry best practices.
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability.
2. Engagement and Project Management
* Lead complex Salesforce engagements, managing project risks, scope, and deliverables while maintaining alignment with client expectations.
* Oversee project planning, budgeting, and economics, including accounts receivable management and resource allocation.
* Ensure quality assurance across all project deliverables, maintaining high standards of service and client satisfaction.
* Define and gain buy-in for proposed solutions from client leadership and stakeholders at all levels.
3. Business Development and Strategic Growth
* Drive business development initiatives by leveraging technical expertise, industry knowledge, and tools to secure new Salesforce engagements and expand existing client relationships.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation and expansion of Salesforce services.
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients, aligning Salesforce solutions with their strategic goals and business objectives.
4. Practice Area Development
* Manage the allocation of resources during project transitions by assigning tasks that contribute to the development of Salesforce practice areas.
* Ensure alignment with the organization's strategic priorities and growth objectives.

Qualifications
The requirements below outline the elements essential for success in this role. In some cases, equivalent combinations of education, certifications, and experience will be considered.

Education and Certifications
* High school diploma or equivalent is required.
* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.

Experience, Knowledge, and Skills
* Proven expertise in delivering complex Salesforce or CRM projects across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
* Extensive experience managing business operations, including invoicing, Statements of Work (SOWs), margins, and utilization metrics.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-complexity projects simultaneously.
* Strong leadership experience, including mentoring and coaching team members to foster individual and organizational growth.

Technical Proficiency
* At least 10 years of experience in Salesforce or CRM leadership, including technical implementation and strategic management.
* Proficiency in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall project methodologies.

Communication Skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to employees, clients, and stakeholders.
* Demonstrated ability to influence and gain buy-in at all organizational levels.
