Senior UiPath Sr Developer

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of UiPath automation solutions to automate business processes.
• Research technical solutions and provide leadership and guidance to the RPA implementation Team.
• Develop and optimize advanced SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and triggers for optimal performance.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and identify automation opportunities.
• Develop and optimize advanced SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and triggers for optimal performance.
• Design and document automation workflows, including process flow diagrams, technical specifications, and deployment plans.
• Develop and configure automation bots using UiPath Studio, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Integrate automation solutions with external systems and applications using UiPath Orchestrator and API calls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, offshore team members, and infrastructure teams, to ensure successful implementation and deployment of automation solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to automation workflows, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.
• Understanding \Experience of health care domain
• Knowledge and experience in Document handling using OCR and or Document understanding module in UiPath.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UiPath Developer, with at least 5+ of experience in developing automation solutions using UiPath.
• Strong proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Document Understanding and other UiPath products.
• Hands on and in-depth working experience in SQL tuning
• Solid understanding of RPA concepts, principles, and best practices.
• Experience in programming languages such as C#, VB.NET, or Python.
• Ability to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Process Mining knowledge

Nice to have:

• UiPath certification(s) such as UiPath Certified RPA Developer is a plus.
• Knowledge and experience in UiPath cloud and Kubernetes cluster
