Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
• Work closely with the client to define and optimize their roadmap.
• Gather accurate requirements and create user stories, sharing information across internal and client teams.
• Provide subject matter expertise on industry trends, regulations and best practices to inform recommendations and solutions.
• Develop and document business process models to illustrate current and future states.
• Propose and design technical and process solutions that meet business needs and objectives.
• Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and executives.
• Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions.
• Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in Business Analyst role.
• 3+ years of working experience in the Wealth Management projects.
• Experience with creation of EPICs and writing of User Stories to align with the project plan and scope.
• Independently leading sessions to gather information and requirements from key stakeholders.
• Effective communicator - liaising between stakeholders and users.
• Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, as well as others across the team/department.
• Agile methodology experience.
• Knowledge of Banking and Financial domain.
