Job Title: CSO Sourcing Representative

Job description:

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal and external clients to develop Coupa CSO sourcing events.
• Execute sourcing projects using the Coupa CSO Sourcing module, leveraging skills in:
• Questionnaire and bid sheet design.
• Scenario creation, advanced queries, and custom fields setup.
• Rebate configuration, gated questions, volume optimization, and expressive bidding.
• Engage stakeholders to understand project objectives and develop strategies.
• Negotiate contracts, including incumbent renewals and RFP processes, to achieve savings.
• Interact with key customer stakeholders to identify and implement areas of improvement.
• Provide creative solutions to optimize the overall sourcing program.
• Analyse data to create actionable recommendations.
• Mentor team members on sourcing processes and project delivery.
• Identify and solve complex problems requiring in-depth analysis of variable factors.
