As a part of Product Engineering Services practice, we are looking for talented Delivery Assurance Manager to join us to contribute to practice initiatives and keep current in the latest technology developments in the Cloud and Product Engineering space.
The role
A Delivery Assurance Manager ensures that projects, services, or products are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and align with customer or organizational expectations.
o Quality Assurance and Risk Management:
§ Develop and enforce quality assurance protocols to ensure deliverables meet specified standards.
§ Identify and mitigate risks that may impact delivery timelines, budget, or quality.
o Project Oversight and Tracking:
§ Monitor project milestones and progress to ensure adherence to schedules.
§ Provide regular status reports to stakeholders, highlighting any potential delays or issues.
o Stakeholder Communication:
§ Serve as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment on expectations.
§ Address client feedback and concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction.
o Process Optimization:
§ Implement and refine delivery processes to improve efficiency and consistency.
§ Utilize metrics and data analysis to identify areas for improvement in project execution.
o Compliance and Documentation:
§ Ensure all projects comply with contractual agreements, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
§ Maintain comprehensive documentation for auditing, reporting, and future reference.
o Team Coordination and Leadership:
§ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive delivery.
§ Provide guidance and support to team members to maintain high performance.
o Resource Allocation:
§ Manage resources effectively to balance workloads and ensure projects have the necessary support.
What you’ll bring
Mandatory Skills:
• Technical Knowledge:
o Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello).
o Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO standards).
• Project Management Skills:
o Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, including planning, execution, and closing.
