Job Description/ Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software applications using Synon, DB2/400, and CLP to meet business requirements.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing applications to ensure smooth operation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for new software features.
- Implement IT Service Management best practices to enhance the efficiency and reliability of our software solutions. - Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for software applications and processes.
- Ensure software solutions are scalable, secure, and optimized for performance.
- Work closely with the Pharmacy Benefit Management team to understand domain-specific requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our software offerings.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers as needed.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure software solutions align with business goals and objectives.
- Contribute to the overall success of the team by actively participating in team meetings and discussions.
