Key Responsibilities:

Agile Leadership and Team Collaboration:

  • Manage project scope and timelines, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprints, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
  • Coach team members in Agile frameworks and guide teams toward higher scrum maturity.
  • Resolve conflicts, remove obstacles, and promote a productive, collaborative team environment.

Product Development and Innovation:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute the product vision and roadmap.
  • Define and prioritize product requirements, including features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and deliver incremental product features.
  • Lead the functional design process, ensuring alignment with user needs and technological capabilities.
  • Translate data insights into actionable product outcomes that meet customer needs.

Stakeholder Management and Communication:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external communications, including customers and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Digital Business partners and vendors to co-develop roadmaps and drive product delivery.
  • Continuously review business needs, refine priorities, and identify opportunities and risks.

Quality and Performance:

  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards at the end of each sprint.
  • Define and execute go-to-market strategies, equipping teams with the tools and insights needed for success.
  • Track and report product performance post-launch to inform future investment decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Scrum Master or Technical Product Owner role.
  • Strong familiarity with software development and Agile methodologies.
  • Expertise in Scrum techniques and artifacts (e.g., definition of done, user stories, backlog refinement).
  • Excellent knowledge of other Agile frameworks and processes.
  • Strong communication and servant leadership skills.
  • Proven problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to balance competing priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Scrum Master certification is a plus.

Desired Experience:

  • Demonstrated success in developing enterprise software solutions for complex use cases.
  • Proven ability to build and manage product backlogs and prioritize features for incremental delivery.
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders to co-create and execute product strategies.
