Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Product Engineer to create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training content for various Learning Management Systems (LMS). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that products meet customer needs and regulatory requirements while supporting effective training initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive SOP documentation for engineered products, ensuring clarity and compliance with industry standards. Create user manuals, technical specifications, and other product-related documentation.
  • Training Content Creation: Design and produce engaging online training materials tailored for multiple LMS platforms, ensuring they are user-friendly and effective. Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and synthesize technical information for training programs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to understand market demands and customer feedback. Coordinate with regulatory and quality assurance teams to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive products, and customer needs. Utilize insights to drive product enhancements and new feature development.
  • Project Management: Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery of products and training materials. Track product performance metrics and gather user feedback for continuous improvement.


Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree of higher level of education in engineering, architecture, marketing or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical product management, preferably in engineered products.
  • Proven experience in creating SOPs and developing training content for LMS platforms.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles and product development processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Experience creating installation guides and presenting training concepts.
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards related to engineered products.
  • Computer proficiency with MS Office, CRM and CAD.
