IT Support Technician

Brooksource is seeking a detail-oriented, energetic, and reliable IT Support Technician for our client located in Black River Falls, WI.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
• Image and deploy new PCs according to company standards and procedures.
• Install and configure software and updates on new and existing PCs.
• Provide technical support to end-users via phone and email.
• Document all work performed in the company's ticketing system.
• Assist with IT projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A+ or other relevant technical certifications are a plus.
• Ability to lift and move computer equipment up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in cramped or confined spaces.
