Initial assignment qualities and responsibilities to include, but not limited to :

1. Responsible for the maintenance of building, grounds, and assets at the Concord facility
2. Safely and efficiently operate overhead cranes and forklifts.
3. Safely and efficiently operate hand and power tools.
4. Understanding and adherence to all appropriate OSHA regulations
5. Ability and willingness to direct employees and external contractors
6. Demonstrate understanding of pumps, electrical systems, motors, drives, and boilers
7. Ability and willingness to order necessary parts for the completion of maintenance needs
8. Ability to read and understand standard prints and instructions.
9. Ability to develop and maintain preventative maintenance schedules
10. Willingness to work on off shifts to repair and or supervise the repair of urgent maintenance needs
11. Ability to perform other maintenance, housekeeping, painting and miscellaneous tasks as needed and/or as directed by supervision.
12. Be willing and able to proficiently perform all tasks with or without supervision.
13. Must have computer skills (Word/Excel)
