LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Litigation Paralegal in Beverly Hills, CA! This is a temporary opportunity.

Responsibilities:

- Assist attorneys in all phases of personal injury litigation, from case inception to trial preparation

- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests

- Review and organize case files, medical records, and other relevant documents

- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel in a professional manner

- Schedule depositions, hearings, and other appointments

- Prepare trial notebooks and exhibits for court proceedings

- Transcribe dictations and prepare correspondence

- Maintain case calendars and deadlines

Qualifications:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proficient in legal research using Westlaw or similar platforms

- Attention to detail and accuracy in document review and preparation

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

- Knowledge of personal injury law and litigation procedures

- Familiarity with case management software is a plus

- Professional phone etiquette and client interaction skills

Salary:

$40-$45 an hour
