LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a trial prep paralegal to assist litigation practice group. This dynamic role is fast paced and highly administrative.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare legal pleadings, discovery responses, letters, memoranda, and client communications
• Deposition prep, assist with pre-trial investigations
• Prepare exhibits and evidence to be used at trial as well as binders

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in litigation ideally in insurance defense, civil or personal injury
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Prior litigation experience is needed
