LHH is seeking a strong commercial litigation paralegal to work at a great firm in West Palm Beach.

This role is hybrid: 2 days a week remote and 3 days onsite

Duties:

• Prepare attorney’s binders for hearing
• Preparing and managing trial exhibits (both pre-trial and during trial)
• Review and summarize deposition transcripts
• Provide assistance and support to attorneys during trials
• Review and manage electronic/hard copy documents
• On-site review of client and opposing party files
• Managing large document productions, including the process of bates stamping, redacting documents, delivering documents through file transfer protocols, and other ESI related discovery issues
• Drafting Complaints, Answers, routine Affirmative Defenses, preliminary drafts of answers to discovery requests, subpoenas, notices, and client correspondence
• Conduct legal research as needed
• etc.

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000
