Senior Property Manager | $140k - $160k base salary | Atlanta, GA

Hays Commercial Real Estate has partnered with a hugely successful owner operator, who are actively recruiting for an exciting opportunity in Atlanta for a Senior Property Manager to oversee a key class A office building.

Reporting directly into senior leadership, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and financial performance of a key asset within our clients national portfolio. Leading an in-depth onsite team, a major component of the role will be maintaining the highest levels of tenant relationships. Duties will include, but not limited to, conducting regular property inspections to ensure building standards are being met, creating annual budgets and monthly financial reports, managing vendors, overseeing capital projects, and ensuring regular contact with tenants to maintain strong relationships. You will also work alongside the Director of Property Management in the creation and implementation of policies which will impact the greater portfolio.
