Your new role
As a Director of Channel Sales, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all sales activities related to dealerships and channel sales budgets of office equipment and supplies across Canada. Responsible for the direct supervision of the region’s sales managers. This role involves strategizing, planning, and executing sales initiatives to maximize revenue and gross profit from dealer partnerships, while fostering strong relationships that support long-term business success.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum of 10 years office equipment sales with a focus on copier/printer sales.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team. Minimum 3-5 years of sales management experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and leading successful sales teams.
- Proficient in CRM software and data analysis tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Ability to travel an average of 50% (overnight included).
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record necessary.
