Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Behavioral Health Technician - RBT at BEHEAL THERAPY ABA SERVICES located in Pembroke Pines, FL, Miramar, FL and, most Broward cities. The role involves providing behavioral therapy services to clients, implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting data on client progress, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Some remote work is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality and professionalism
• Understanding of data collection and analysis
• Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and implement strategies effectively
• Compassionate and patient approach to working with clients
