Overview:

CSP is partnering with a family owned & operated CNC machinery distribution company to help them identify an experienced Field Service Technician with a strong electro-mechanical skillset to join their team. This role involves maintaining, testing, repairing, troubleshooting, preparing, installing, and commissioning machinery. The technician will also provide training to customers on the proper operation of equipment. Work will be performed in both our fully equipped shop and at customer facilities across North America.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with a customer-focused mindset, capable of delivering remote and on-site technical support and documenting tasks thoroughly.

**Travel to customer locations required**

Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and testing on complex industrial machinery, including electronic and hydraulic systems
• Prepare and commission equipment for installation, including customer training sessions
• Provide remote support to customers via phone and email as needed
• Read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and one-line schematics accurately
• Document all tasks, inspections, and troubleshooting steps using internal systems
• Collaborate effectively with the Trilogy team and customers to ensure timely resolution of technical issues

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a service technician in sheet metal manufacturing machinery or related industrial machinery/heavy equipment
• Strong understanding of electrical and hydraulic schematics
• Familiarity with electronic controls and hydraulic technology
• Proficient in using computers for research, troubleshooting, and documentation
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
