Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Technician at Phantom Products Inc. in Rockledge, FL. The Production Technician will be responsible for quality control, troubleshooting, following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and conducting preventive maintenance tasks in the production process.


Our Production Technicians are provided with their own toolbox of smaller items, ergonomically designed chairs, and the chance to learn and grow as they are with us. We work a full time, 40 hour week and offer lots of great benefits, including:

Qualifications

  • Quality Control and Troubleshooting skills
  • Effective Communication abilities
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
  • Experience with Preventive Maintenance
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or production roles
  • Technical training or certification in relevant fields
  • Operate assembly line hand tools.
  • Completing paperwork daily related to assembly line.
  • Assemble products or components of manufactured items.
  • Reject products outside of specifications per NCMR procedure.
