Your Responsibilities:

• Scheduling: Managing and coordinating calendars, meetings, and appointments to maximize efficiency.
• Invoices: Preparing, tracking, and processing invoices with accuracy and timeliness.
• Filing: Maintaining digital and physical files to ensure secure and organized record-keeping.
• Ad Hoc Projects: Assisting with a variety of tasks and projects as they arise, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.
• Client Support: Acting as a point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met professionally and promptly.
