Home Loan Specialist

Location : Onsite in Moorpark, CA 93021

Pay : $22 - $24 an hr

Duration : 6-12+ mo contract, W-2, opportunity to extend

Responsibilities :

The Home Loan Specialist is an entry level role supporting various Channels. As the Home Loan Specialist, you will act as a key contributor to facilitate efficient and effective processes that support business and customer service objectives.

* Perform routine data entry and validation tasks

* Initiate third party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.)

* Review and validate loan documents

* Handle routine calls, emails and/or chat responses

* Monitor work queues and intervening as needed

* Perform other related duties as required and assigned

* Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values

Qualifications:

* High School Diploma required, Associate's degree preferred

* Closing or Document Drawing experience within mortgage required

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office

* Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience

* General understanding of applicable Federal, State and Local regulations
