The Position:
The Supply Chain Manager is responsible to provide leadership and direction to the Procurement Team, to work as a liaison between the various groups within the site locations and for inventory control and production planning for internal corporate and external suppliers.
Responsibilities:
Capacity Planning - Receive customer requirements, sort out existing resources, assess resources and order requirements, identify gap resources, formulate gap action plans, and track implementation results. Through capacity planning to meet customer needs, the program passed the review.
Supply Chain Process Optimization - Through investigation and analysis of the current supply chain management process, identification of supply chain process improvement points and continuous optimization of the process can play a role in cost saving/risk avoidance/efficiency improvement/quality improvement.
Order Delivery Schedule Tracking -Track and monitor the entire process from order generation to delivery completion to effectively manage anomalies to ensure smooth delivery to customers.
Supply Chain Risk Compliance Development and Control -Based on the characteristics and operational requirements of the supply chain, formulate corresponding supply chain risk management systems, processes, and norms, clarify the risk management objectives and requirements of each link of the supply chain, and take corresponding risk prevention and response measures to ensure the stability and security of the supply chain.

Qualifications:
BS Degree preferred; a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
5+ Years of direct People Management Experience is required
