Job Description:

In this role, you will:

• Spearheaded innovation in the Manufacturing domain to maintain the organization's leading position by developing advanced assets and accelerators, enabling the sales team to capitalize on additional client opportunities.
• Actively discuss with new prospects to identify business opportunities within the Manufacturing sphere, formulating necessary solution approaches and perspectives.
• Execute proof of concepts and drive solution scaling.
• Conduct workshops with clients to design and implement large-scale digital transformation projects.
• Lead extensive offshore and onsite teams to deliver solutions, enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Drive capability development programs to keep the team current with emerging customer trends.

Key Requirements:

• 8-12 years of experience in IoT/Manufacturing. Equally adept at Manufacturing process across continuous and process manufacturing specifically.
• Good understanding of the underlying systems in this space – MES, Historians, QMS, LIMS.
• Strong background in collaborating with clients for use case identification and addressing digital transformation needs.
• Comprehensive understanding of the manufacturing domain.
• Specialized expertise in real-time OT and IT data capture, industrial automation integration, and optimizing connectivity.
• In-depth knowledge of Manufacturing architectures, protocols, and their application to enhance operational efficiency.
• Application of Digital Twins, Edge computing, and data engineering technologies for successful project implementations.
• Experience in building analytical solutions for manufacturing and IoT customers
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and PySpark for IoT application development.
• Proficient in conducting data and use case discovery sessions.
• Leadership experience, particularly in guiding sizable implementation teams for successful project delivery.
• Extensive oversight across the complete lifecycle of cloud applications.
• Designing scalable and secure architectures tailored to manufacturing, especially on platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Developing and executing advanced analytics solutions tailored for manufacturing.
• Demonstrated success in conceptualizing, leading, and delivering various Manufacturing projects.
