The Service Sales Project Manager is an integral member of the service team, responsible for identifying and converting market opportunities into long-term customer relationships. This role involves full-cycle management of sales quotes, creating estimates for inspections and services, and maintaining strong client relationships. By contributing your sales and service expertise, you will play a vital role in enhancing safety and protecting lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed estimates for inspections, services, and deficiency repairs.
- Generate and deliver customer price quotations, including terms of service and delivery schedules.
- Convert qualified inbound leads into sales opportunities.
- Enter and manage customer data, sales information, and updates in the company database.
- Draft proposals and supporting materials for owner training sessions.
- Conduct outbound follow-up with potential and existing clients via calls or emails.
- Compile and maintain a database of prospective customers for targeted outreach.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with fire sprinkler systems (preferred).
- Knowledge of NFPA 25 and NFPA 13 is required.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently, with a solid understanding of the fire protection industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office and adaptability to learn new software tools.
