As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing large-scale mechanical projects ranging from $2M to $30M in scope. This role requires hands-on project management, financial oversight, and collaboration with field management to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage mechanical projects in the range of $2M to $30M, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion
• Maintain accurate labor projections and regularly update management on project status and timelines
• Participate in project turnover meetings and assist with any follow-up information requested by customers
• Collaborate with field management to actively manage project execution
• Produce and manage detailed forecasts of project financials
• Ensure clear communication with clients and provide exceptional customer service
• Excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management of mechanical projects
• Experience in managing projects in Mechanical, HVAC, Wastewater, and Industrial Processes
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for Assistant Project Manager roles
• Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven, high-paced work environment
