Senior Human Resources Business Partner

Our client is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner with broad experience across HR functions, who ideally has proven experience across, employee relations, performance management, SOX compliance, and talent acquisition.

The Senior HRBP will be responsible for working with business teams including Legal, Marketing, Strategy, to support and provide guidance to senior management and executives.

The ability to support C-Suite resources and their unique personalities is critical.

• The ideal candidate will be able to pivot quickly, be flexible in an ambiguous environment.
• Proven and polished experience dealing with people and management is a must.
• The Sr. HRBP will also provide guidance to peers and management.

• Any proven CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) experience would be a big plus
