KLR Executive Search Group is proud to partner with a Boston based Employment Law Firm to recruit an Associate-level Employment Attorney who has litigation experience and is skilled at counseling clients. This Associate will have the opportunity to join a team-oriented, tech-forward, and collaborative group of attorneys advocating for employees. The Firm represents executives and professionals before the MCAD, EEOC, state, and federal courts of Massachusetts across a range of industries.

Our Client is seeking an Attorney to work in a dynamic, growing law firm where everyone is passionate about what they do and practice with excellence.


Responsibilities :

  • Lead complex plaintiff-side employment litigation cases, including discrimination, wrongful termination, sexual harassment, and wage and hour disputes.
  • Review and negotiate employment contracts for executives and professionals.
  • Cultivate and maintain client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and communication.
  • Engage in community outreach and networking to promote the Firm and its mission.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends impacting employment litigation.
  • Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, court documents, briefs, and client advice letters.

Qualifications :

  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials and admitted to practice in Massachusetts.
  • 5+ years of litigation experience (employment litigation experience strongly preferred).
  • Experience in forums that handle employment claims at the administrative level: MCAD and EEOC.
  • Detail-oriented and pragmatic, with strong communication and interpersonal skills, alongside excellent research and writing abilities.
  • Must have the capacity to interact effectively with clients.
  • Strong drafting & verbal communication skills, the ability to solve practical problems, and comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial setting.
