KLR Executive Search is partnering with our manufacturing Client to identify its Director of Accounting and Finance.

With an innovative direct-to-consumer, designer, architect, and builder approach, our Client delivers handcrafted floors, ceilings, and beautiful wood products right to customers' doors nationwide. Our Client makes 90%+ of their floors and products at their New Hampshire plant and sells through an incredible direct sales team and eight gorgeous showrooms across the country. The Company takes great pride in its time-honored processes, from sourcing the soundest and most reliable timber grown in America’s forests to embracing a level of craftsmanship equally at home with traditional rustic themes or with fashion-forward style.

The Director of Accounting & Finance is an important leadership hire for the Company and will be a hands-on member of the team. Reporting to the President, the Director of Accounting & Finance will immediately seek to upgrade and improve the accounting function and, over time, upgrade the company’s financial planning and analysis capabilities. The ideal candidate should see this opportunity as a unique one to propel as an industry leader and a stepping stone for growth to CFO.

This position is Hybrid, and manufacturing experience is required.
