THE ROLE:

We are looking for an analytics-driven, self-motivated candidate who is passionate about music. This intern will provide support to the marketing, digital & promotions team assisting with data reporting on music releases, and other administrative tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collect and source data on music releases, and track their performance
• Deliver daily and weekly reports to the promotions and marketing eam
• Analyze DSPs, Radio and Social Media metrics
• Provide assistance in various other short-term assignments, as requested
• Occasionally assist with content shoots and editing when needed
• Possesses a finger on the pulse of current music trends and a keen understanding of what resonates with audiences across various social media platforms

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills required
• Organizing large amounts of data efficiently
• Maintaining and updating internal data reports
• Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Excellent time management skills
• Occasional notetaking and other administrative tasks as assigned by the team
• Must be able to work in person at our Santa Monica office Mon - Thu
