Location: Hybrid 401 N. Manhattan Amarillo Texas 79107 ( Monday and Friday Remote, Opportunity for 100% remote in future)

Job Details and Requirements Section

• Day to day coordinator of work for the field crews for substation’s ONM. Blend of ONM work, preventative maintenance program maintaining those along with substations field engineering capital work.
• Coordinating day to day work, ordering materials, checking on the status of materials, dispatching work for the day, insuring outages are in place for upcoming work that they need outages for, working with Ops managers to ensure that schedules look good,

Typical Day

• Start of the day, have POD with field manager, email/text correspondence, creating call out workorder, planning out what upcoming weeks are going to be, changing dates, PR request for ordering materials, handle request from other department as they come in throughout the day

Top Skills Required

• Operational experience, Microsoft Suite

Nice to Have Skills

• SAP experience, experience with scheduling or project manager tools
