This role is critical to driving a positive employee experience, enhancing workforce engagement, and supporting operational goals. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on employee relations in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
As a Sr. HRBP, you will act as a trusted advisor to management, collaborate across teams, and lead initiatives to foster a productive, inclusive workplace culture. This role is fully onsite, requiring hands-on involvement to effectively address employee and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Conduct investigations, provide guidance to managers, and recommend solutions to mitigate risk.
- Proactively address employee concerns and foster open communication across the organization.
- Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, including talent management, workforce planning, and performance improvement.
- Implement HR programs that promote engagement, retention, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor regulations.
- Regularly update policies and procedures to reflect legal requirements and best practices.
- Support the design and delivery of training programs focused on leadership development, conflict resolution, and effective communication.
- Coach managers and employees to enhance professional growth and organizational effectiveness.
- Performance Management:
- Oversee performance review processes, provide guidance on setting objectives, and support action plans for underperformance.
- Lead initiatives to recognize and reward employee contributions.
- Change Management:
- Lead HR-driven change management initiatives to support business growth and cultural transformation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of HR experience with a strong emphasis on employee relations in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations (e.g., FMLA, FLSA, OSHA).
- Proven ability to handle sensitive issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Experience managing HR programs in an onsite environment is highly preferred.
