Oil Exploration company in the Greenway Plaza area is looking for a SUPPLY CHAIN CONTRACT ANALYST.

The desirable candidate will have responsibilities related to vendor contracting, as well as managing and analyzing spending within various categories like corporate, direct, and capital expenditures.

Must have:

• Must have supply chain analysis and management of the contracts along with continuous maintenance processes.

Essential functions include:

• Assisting in the drafting, negotiation, and execution of vendor contracts in upstream o/g.
• Ensuring contracts comply with internal policies and external regulations.
• Supporting the legal and procurement teams in resolving contractual issues.
• Tracking contract timelines, renewals, and deliverables to ensure obligations are met.
• Reviewing and categorizing corporate, direct, and capital expenditures to ensure proper allocation.
• Conducting spend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and trends.

Required:

• Oil and gas experience required specifically exploration.
• Degree in Supply Chain, Economics or Business
• Supply chain management with MSA and MSA vendor management
• Creating reports on spend analysis patterns to support decision-making and reconciliations
• Contracts full cycle workflow
• OpenInvoice and ISNet software preferred.
• MS PowerPoint, and advanced Excel with various functions

Paying $85,000 to 95,000 with benefits - work is on site!

401K: $/$ up to 5%; Sometimes an additional 3%

PTO/Vacation/Sick time: 3 weeks+
