We are seeking a detail-driven, process-oriented Digital Studio Producer with proven project management expertise to act as the critical link between business needs and the creative outputs of the Design and Production Studios. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, service-oriented, and an excellent communicator, with familiarity in 3D and digital asset management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the creation and maintenance of Apparel and Footwear product images aligned with image standards.
- Facilitate communication between category partners and studio operations teams.
- Adhere to and refine digital asset workflows, ensuring seamless organization and hand-offs.
- Track and report digital asset statuses while managing calendars and juggling multiple projects.
- Act as operational support for studios, driving creative problem-solving and collaboration across teams.
- Document workflows and support peer training initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in 3D and digital asset management.
- Strong project management skills with tools like Wrike, Airtable, and Slack.
- Proven ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and teams.
