We are seeking a dedicated, empathic, Spanish speaking Attorney to join our esteemed team of professionals and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients and their families.


Position Overview:


The ideal candidate will be strongly interested in elder law and the desire to learn estate planning, Medicaid planning, guardianships, and probate. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment, delivering expert guidance with compassion, empathy, and professionalism.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Advise clients on elder law matters, including wills, trusts, advance directives, and powers of attorney.
  • Assist with Medicaid planning, asset protection strategies, and long-term care arrangements.
  • Represent clients in guardianship and probate proceedings.
  • Conduct legal research and draft tailored documents to meet client needs.
  • Stay current with developments in elder law and incorporate best practices into our client experience delivery.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to provide comprehensive, client-centered solutions.


Qualifications:


  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Florida Bar and in good standing.
  • No prior experience preferred
  • Bilingual required (English/Spanish)
  • Passion for elder law and serving the needs of aging individuals and their families.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly and compassionately.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in legal research, writing, and relevant software applications.


Compensation:


$70,000 annually
