In search of an experienced Superintendent who will have total responsibility for the daily activities on the assigned job site, while working to hit deadlines and surpass the expectations of clients.

REQUIREMENTS

- 5+ years of experience in the Mission Critical project experience

- 10 + years of experience as a Superintendent

- Current OSHA10 Certificate

- High-level understanding of construction documents and specifications

- Skills in effective communication, problem-solving, and leadership

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Holding oneself in a knowledgeable, courteous, and highly professional manner through the actions shown on the project.

- Being accountable for overall supervision, coordination, and performance on all project disciplines in accordance to contractual requirements

- Daily coordination of subcontractors and company personnel

- Tracking and updating project files (both onsite and electronically)

- Conducting job-site safety evaluations

- Being the liaison to clients, inspectors, and others on the project

- Coordinating site logistics, governing inspections, and meetings with subcontractors
