Experience: 3 to 9 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or in a similar role within a software development environment.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree.

Array Corporation is seeking a Business Analyst to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Collaborate with PMs and stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
• Assist in translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation, including requirement specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Maintain and update documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Understand and analyze APIs and their integrations within our systems.
• Write basic SQL queries to extract and manipulate data for analysis.
• Support the technical team by providing clear and concise specifications.
• Facilitate meetings between technical and non-technical teams.
• Communicate project updates and escalate issues when necessary.
• Participate in testing activities to validate that the developed solutions meet the documented requirements.
• Assist in identifying and troubleshooting issues.

Position Requirements:

• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Basic understanding of APIs.
• Ability to design basic user experiences in a web application.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis.
