Responsibilities
- Planning, directing, coordinating, and tracking activities for designated construction projects.
- Ensuring that project goals and objectives are achieved within specified time frames and budget parameters.
- Leading, managing, and motivating project teams to excel.
- Utilizing your construction expertise to navigate site, civil, concrete, and landscape trades.
- Collaborating with subordinates and cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Performing other tasks in support of company and team goals.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of construction experience (Preferred).
- Driver's License
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and a team-oriented mindset.
