Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple projects and ensure successful delivery from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive construction knowledge, and the ability to manage resources effectively across various job sites.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Travel to various job sites on a daily or weekly basis to monitor progress, conduct inspections, and manage on-site teams.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting any issues and proposed solutions.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Manage project budgets and track expenses
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field would be an asset.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various sites regularly.
