Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data and Reporting Analyst. In this role, you will play a crucial part in contributing to the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

Reporting -

• Run recurring reports on a weekly/monthly basis using tools such as Excel and Power BI
• Build reports from scratch with limited supervision
• Improve existing reporting processes by using current analytical tools and trends

Data Analysis and Insights -

• Collect, aggregate, reconcile and summarize data from multiple data sources
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth
• Work closely with Director of BI as well as other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate into analytical solutions

Data Management -

• Maintain and update databases
• Ensure data integrity and reliability

Process Improvement -

• Identify areas for process improvement within departments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements and streamline workflows

Qualifications and Experience:

• 2 - 4 years of experience in analytics within the apparel industry preferred
• Work experience in any ERP system(s)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Some working knowledge in BI tools
• Critical thinking & analysis skills
• Shopify and Amazon Seller Central experience a plus
• Data warehouse and management experience a plus

Our office is set up to accommodate a hybrid work environment, and in this role, you can typically expect to be in the office Tuesday – Thursday each week.
