We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Reporting Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will support reporting, utilizing the corporate data warehouse and PowerBi, for various departments including HR, Accounting, Finance, Project Management, Operations and more. As a growing company, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to help shape and develop best practices for reporting. The candidate will also be exposed to and learn financial planning modeling through collaboration with FP&A and continued iterations of our new FP&A tool. They will demonstrate a strong aptitude for process improvement and possess a keen curiosity about business processes. This position will report directly to the Manager of Reporting and Analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and consolidate data from a wide variety of tools and databases
• Identify data trends and develop KPIs
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify reporting needs and provide insights to help drive business decisions
• Review and implement opportunities for improvement related to reporting
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues regarding data quality, data management, and reporting usability
• Create reports and dashboards utilizing Google BigQuery and PowerBI
• Assist in the development and improvement of reporting capabilities within Planful

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, computer science, or data analytics and/or relevant experience
• 0- 3 years of experience with report development and analytics
• Attention to detail, strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication abilities, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Preferred experience with PowerBi
• Preferred experience with SQL, Python, and data visualization tools
• Preferred experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
